Clients & Services Policies

At MsDee’s Natural  we have created a space for a one on one forum, an atmosphere of relaxation, privacy, and confidentiality for all clients. Considering this, please take note of the following:

THERE IS NO EXTRA SEATING FOR GUESTS.

Additional family, friends or children are not allowed with you at the appointment. ​​

If you are a new client please book under NEW CLIENT CATERGORY.
If you choose otherwise, you will be contacted for change or cancelation depending on the service request.

If it has been several months since you have visited, please book a RESTART under New Clients.

If you have LOCS and it's your first time, book under Transfer/First Time in the LOCS Category. If you have not had a maintenance with us in more than 3 months, please book under Transfer/First Time.
 

Ready to start loving your hair again? Book a "Deluxe Fresh Start" or "Reintroduce Me" Service. Consultation is included with these services, it is not done separately.
 

Interested in microlocs? A consultation is required.

Interested in hair color? A consultations is required if you are a new client or have not had professional maintenance in 3 months or more with us.

This is a partnership to achieve your hair goals. 

You cannot correct months and even years of damage in one visit. 

We offer PROGRESS NOT PROMISES

If you are not going to follow the instructions given, go through the process as recommended for the length of time suggested/discussed then it is not suggested we work together.

Children Services

We are only accepting children between the ages of 8 – 14. You must contact us directly to get a booking for your child, this cannot be done online.

If you (parent or guardian) are coming with your child (8-14 yrs.) for the first time, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you must wait after the initial appointment, seating will be organized on the outside until the child is finish.

The average appointment lasts approximately 2 - 5 hours depending on your length, density and condition of the hair.

DO NOT book an appointment if you cannot dedicate 2-5 hours of your time to completing your service.
