We thrive on providing our clients with the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Ms Dee's Natural Hair Care experience.

If you are not feeling well, please stay home. If you have been tested and awaiting results, please do not book an appointment. If you have been around someone who has been infected or is also awaiting results, please do not book. Please stay home for the safety of others and yourself.

ALL PERSONS COMING FOR APPOINTMENTS MUST WEAR A MASK AND WILL BE SANITIZED UPON ENTERING.

IF YOU ARE 15-30 MINS LATE, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $35 ADDED TO YOUR FINAL COST. IF YOU ARE 30 MINS LATE OR MORE, IT IS SUGGESTED YOU RESCHEDULE OR CHANGE THE REQUESTED SERVICE IF IT WILL DELAY THE NEXT CLIENTS TIME.

IF THERE IS A NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, PLEASE DO SO WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THEIR CANCELLED APPOINTMENT.
